Worked in Papua New Guinea for 12 years- 7 and a half years as a volunteer in the court and prison system and for five years as a lecturer in the Law faculty of the University of PNG.

Taught from 2003- 2009 at Faculty of Law University of Waikato- areas Company Law, Equity, Torts (ACC) and Immigration and Refugee Law. Worked as a Legal Advisor in the Solomon Islands from 2009-2011.

Returned to Faculty of Law in the second part of 2011.
