Launched in 1997, Wills and Succession provides practical commentary on all aspects of Wills and Estates, as well as legislation relevant to this area. It includes a comprehensive range of Precedents that make the publication ideal for the Practitioner, whilst the commentary is aimed at practitioners and legal executives. Wills and Succession expanded in 1999 to include a chapter focussing on Maori Succession Law, which is also available online.
