Subscription Titles

LexisNexis provides a premium collection of comprehensive, authoritative and current legal information, supported by authors who are experts in their discipline and evidenced by the many citations in courts.

Of particular note is the subscription title The Laws of New Zealand - a premier encyclopaedic work that contains a reliable exposition of the whole of the law of New Zealand while cross-referencing to titles in other jurisdictions, including Halsbury's Laws of England and Halsbury's Laws of Australia.

In addition, LexisNexis is the exclusive publisher of the New Zealand Law Reports – the official reports series of New Zealand and the only one to report argument in Supreme Court cases, alongside decisions of the Court of Appeal and High Court.

All recent subscription titles are written in commentary form, which gives a greater topic insight as opposed to displaying sections of legislation followed by commentary.
