The Producer
The Producer is the Windows desktop tool for authors and secretaries. It handles time recording, billing client and matter maintenance, time and trust inquiry and reports, trust statements and other reporting options.
The Producer includes a document filing system which enables users to list and open documents that have been created by the firm and saved under a client’s matter.
The Invoicer, a stand-alone billing program and also a function of the Producer, automates the preparation of bills, enabling the billing, write-up or write-off of individual time and disbursement transactions.

The Administrator
The Administrator allows the easy management of users, passwords, software licences and author teams. Codes such as Account Rendered Status, Branches, Deed Type, Matter Type, Trust Type, Transaction Type and Fee Type are all maintained in the Administrator. The "activity monitor" allows the system administrator to see at a glance which users are using which software modules. This is useful for controlling updates and backups.

The Marketeer
Using the Marketeer, you can attach marketing codes to your clients’ records, either individually or collectively, based on certain criteria. The Marketeer can then extract client information from your database according to the marketing code you have chosen. A word-processing merge data file can then be automatically created to generate custom reports. You can also export data to another application and produce personalised letters or sticky labels from your Windows word-processing package.

The Deeds Manager
The Deeds Manager is a Windows application used to manage deeds and wills and to archive closed files and their associated documents.

The Credit Controller
The Credit Controller can be customised to your firm’s debtor cycle and helps you manage your firm’s accounts rendered with automatic statements, letters of demand, email messages and phone lists. Acknowledgment of debt forms can be automatically produced for signing by clients who are paying their debt by instalment. These acknowledgments of debt are logged and the payment progress is monitored. Penalty interest can be applied to outstanding amounts and full reporting on your accounts rendered is available.
