It is divided into three parts - the legislation (Legislation binders 1,2, and 3), the commentary (Commentary binders 1 and 2) and the practice (Practice and Procedure binder). Family Law Service provides essential information for practitioners and other professionals involved in proceedings before the Family Court and generally in matters concerning the family.
