LNNZ Technical Guide

Connection Requirements

You want the fastest performance possible when you're using the LexisNexis® research services.

Several factors affect performance while using the LexisNexis research system, including the speed of your Internet Service Provider (ISP), the speed of your PC, and your own internal network. If you are experiencing slow access times due to high traffic or other problems, please contact your ISP. LexisNexis cannot control the access times of your internet service provider and cannot issue credits for problems due to your ISP.

Following are some recommendations for optimum performance but if you have any queries, please contact our Technical Support HelpDesk on 0800 800 986 x 6 or customer.service@LexisNexis.co.nz. A technical configuration checklist is available on request if you are in doubt that your hardware meets our minimum requirements.
