Training Manager
With more than 13 years providing training for legal research, Claire understands how to ensure customers get the most from their LexisNexis solutions. She started out her career with LexisNexis by helping to launch Scottish Reports on CD and HotDocs on floppy disk. She continues working with new technologies that improve the training experience for customers.

Jessica is based in Auckland, where she provides training for both research solutions as well as practice management. A qualified teacher, Jessica spent many years teaching English to foreign students. Jessica is a regular contributor to our Webinar sessions.

Patricia Buckley-Andre

Based in the South Island, Patricia Buckley-Andre has more than 20 years working in sales and marketing in London, Australia and the United States. On returning to New Zealand five years ago, she undertook finishing a Bachelor of Business degree and is pursuing her interest in law at the University of Canterbury.

Yumi Saito
Training Consultant
Yumi joined LexisNexis in September 2009 to provide legal research training in Greater Wellington Region, Wairarapa, Palmerston North, Wanganui, Nelson and Blenheim. Yumi is well versed in finding her way around many different legal platforms; before joining LexisNexis Yumi worked as a solicitor, editor and as a library assistant.
