Contract Law Reissue 1
The Laws of New Zealand title “Contract” has been reissued and is available online. The title offers an authoritative statement of law governing the core principles of contract, from general principles to more specific issues, and has been completely revised and updated by Stephen Todd and Matthew Barber. It presents the reader with an up-to-date statement of the modern law of contract in New Zealand, both statutory and case law-based, while offering accessible commentary and insights in relation to the development of contract law as influenced by various doctrines and the weight of foreign jurisprudence over time, and providing essential guidance into this complex and important area of law.
The following titles, which have been partially reissued online pending their completion in full, have been updated to include new content as follows:
Taxation Reissue 1. This first reissue of the title, written by Emma Marr, and which had previously been completely revised and updated in relation to Revenue in Part I, has now been updated to include new content in Part II, offering essential guidance on Income tax.

Civil Procedure: High Court Reissue 2. This second reissue of the title, written by Chris Corry, and which had previously been completely revised and updated in relation to civil procedure in the Hight Court, offering essential guidance on general administrative and jurisdictional matters and case management in Parts I - III, has now been updated to include Parts IV to X, with new content on all matters relating to the commencement of proceedings in that court, evidence and trial, proceedings with special features, as well as trial and judgment, and accounts and inquiries.
