  • the "Mental Health" title as a result of the Mental Health (Compulsory Assessment and Treatment) Amendment Act 2021, which (except ss 4, 6, 7, 8, 10, and 12) came into force on 30 October 2021;
  • the majority of the titles in the Laws of New Zealand due to amendments made by the following legislation:
  •  the Legislation Act 2019 (other than Part 4, s 148, and the provisions that were already in force) which came into force on 28 October 2021; 
  • the Secondary Legislation Act 2021, of which s 3 and Schedules 1 to 32 (except the items in those Schedules that are listed in the Schedule to the Secondary Legislation Act Commencement Order 2021) came into force on 28 October 2021;
  • the Legislation (Repeals and Amendments) Act 2019, of which Part 2 (ss 6 – 16) was bought into force on 28 October 2021; and
  • the Legislation Act (Amendments to Legislation) Regulations 2021 and the Legislation Act (Sub-delegated Secondary Legislation) Regulations 2021 which came into force on 28 October 2021.
