You can quickly see all of your invoicing & billing information if you are an admin user with access to the LexisNexis Account Centre.

If you cannot access the Account Centre, then you can contact your firm's administrator. If you do not know who your firms administrator is then you can call us on 1800 772 772.

If you need a copy of your invoice or have any billing queries, then you can contact us on 1800 772 772 to speak to one of our agents.


I have Multiple Formats

Depending on the combination of formats (e.g. Lexis Advance and Lexis Draft) you may be able to access and pay all of your invoices through Lexis Advance if you are an admin user on the LexisNexis Account Centre?

For other combinations of products (e.g. Lexis Red and Hard Copy) you will not be able to access your invoices in the LexisNexis Account Centre, in which case you can call us on 1800 772 772 to request a copy.

Please note that we are in the process of transferring billing for all formats to the LexisNexis Account Centre which will be completed by early 2018.
