Denise is a non-executive director and Chair of governance and advisory boards and committees. She coaches CEOs, directors and business owners, and advises boards on governance and strategy. Her executive career spans the listed, professional services, government and community sectors.

Denise is a former CEO who draws on her experience across many sectors of the economy to support established and emerging leaders in their quest for excellence. She has extensive corporate expertise across a number of industries having started businesses, grown them, changed them and sometimes ended them.

Denise has worked most with businesses in transition, in digital and business transformation and in a range of risk management, corporate and leadership roles.

Having begun her professional career with the Australian Government as an industry policy analyst, and becoming an advisor to Industry and Commerce Minister Senator the Hon John Button in her mid 20s, she has a passion for business growth and excellence that leverages research and technology.
