Peter has specialised in the above areas of the law for over 40 years and is recognised nationally as an expert in this field. He has been a regular presenter at law conferences over many years and is often instructed by other law firms to assist with complex estate and trust matters. He acts as a trustee for many of his clients and has been appointed by the Court as a professional trustee for both estates and trusts on numerous occasions.
