Jeremy is a member of Minter Ellison Rudd Watts' Banking & Financial Services team. He undertakes a broad range of work, with a focus on managed funds, securities law and alternative assets (private equity, venture capital, hedge funds and property investment). Jeremy has special expertise in limited partnerships, helping to establish the first New Zealand venture capital fund structured as a limited partnership (Pioneer Capital Partners I LP) including negotiating its co-investment arrangements with the New Zealand Venture Investment Fund.
