Paul has experience in company structuring, including related issues NZX Listing Rules and the Securities Act, advising on negotiation of commercial contracts and joint ventures, equity capital markets transactions, including initial public offerings, secondary raisings by rights issues or placements and underwritings, in many cases involving cross-border transactions.

Paul has acted for manufacturers, distributors, financial service and product providers and international and local petroleum exploration companies.

He is a director of various external companies, including an NZX/ASX listed petroleum exploration company.
