Andrew is the head of Minter Ellison Rudd Watts' national tax team. He is a qualified chartered accountant and lawyer who has been a New Zealand tax adviser since 1993.

Andrew acts for clients across all industry sectors, advising on GST and income tax matters. With particular expertise in corporate taxation, Andrew advises clients on ownership and funding structures including design, documentation and other advisory work.

Andrew has advised domestic and international clients on the full range of taxation related matters. He is a well-known and trusted advisor to trading banks and key insolvency practitioners on various contested insolvency and enforcement matters.
